Who are We?
Your Choice Mortgage Services was set up in September 2002 to provide FEE FREE Advice to the public. This means we do not charge our clients any fee's for any service that we provide. We receive our remuneration from the provider for administering the paperwork and insuring the advice that has been given to you. All payments are disclosed on the paperwork provided before an application is made. Initially based in Knaphill, Woking, Surrey, we moved to The Old Barn in Lower Eashing, Godalming in November of 2006 to take advantage of the easy access provided by the A3 and Free Parking for our Clients.
We joined the TenetLime Group in May 2009 to take advantage of their services as we felt their business model best suited our clients needs. TenetLime offered a shared ethos around giving each client unique advice based on their needs only.
TenetLime have been trading for over 25 years. Currently 90% of the companies shares are owned by Standard Life, Aegon, Aviva and Friends Provident, making it one of the most Robust Financial Services Support Services within the Industry.
Our Service
The service we offer has been adapted over the years to take into account the changing environment that we all find ourselves in.
Our core principles have remained the same since we first started trading, these are to :-
● provide cost effective solutions to all Clients needs.
● give clients the same advice that we would give ourselves in their situation.
● provide information on request free of charge.
● offer a face to face service in our offices or at your home; or, if preferred, to communicate via telephone, post and email.
● provide a service that makes Clients want to recommend us and use us again.
The guidance provided within this website is subject to the UK regulatory regime and is therefore primarily targeted at consumers based in the UK.
We do not charge Advice or Brokerage Fees.
